Artistic expression allows us to explore our emotional world from a fresh perspective. Words, colors, and photographs all offer the opportunity to consciously engage the subconscious. The experience is enhanced when paired with a centering Yoga practice. Through these reflective offerings, we integrate mindfulness and creativity, in order to touch our own inner landscape.
