About the event
In this companion class to my recent journal entry about mantra, we will engage in a specially curated practice that prepares us for chanting. Experience the power of āsana, prāṇāyāma, and simple sounds to create a stable body container, comfortable breath, and calm mind. At the end of the class, we'll spend time learning one or two mantra-s.
