Pics & Peace Special Edition

Join us for a thought-provoking "Pics & Peace" session, with 100% of proceeds going to support the 100+ animals living at 4THEM Sanctuary!  Stephanie will guide us through a safe, accessible Yoga practice to center our bodies and minds; then we transition to a time of contemplative photography. Once we regroup, we have the opportunity to share our observations, and a closing practice will consolidate the experience. This session will be anchored to a surprise theme.  

No skills or experience required - we are using Yoga and photography to explore our inner landscape, not to apply professional techniques. Bring a mat, water and your phone or digital camera; extra mats available.
