Seven Springs is a beautiful retreat center featuring seven natural springs on 126 acres of family-owned land in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains near Maryville, Tennessee. It is the perfect location to unplug from the external world and reconnect to the rhythms of Nature.
The PERFECT Retreat extends an invitation for anyone (and especially for perfectionists) to quiet down the outer volume of life...and to listen closely within. Our weekend includes a curated itinerary of reflective experiences directed toward cultivating wholehearted living, set in a serene environment.

PRACTICE

Enjoy daily Yoga classes, workshops, and experiential sessions oriented toward self-acceptance. Greet the sunrise with āsana and journaling. Express your inner world through art. Immerse yourself in the healing sights and sounds of the forest. Rest in quiet solitude. Receive support from the group.

ACCOMMODATIONS
LOW-IMPACT LIVING
Sleep well and wake feeling refreshed in a charming yurt.
3 private yurts with queen beds
6 shared yurts with twin or queen beds (each sleeps 2-4 people)
All yurts have electrical outlets, fans, and 100% organic cotton bedding and towels.
...or set up your own tent along the creek.
Shared bathrooms have flush toilets, sinks, shower stalls, and hot water.
NOURISHMENT
INCREDIBLE FOOD
All meals - from Friday dinner to Monday breakfast - are provided. Chef Olivia lovingly prepares a variety of nourishing, plant-based dishes with gluten-free options. Allergies and sensitivities can be accommodated. Fresh spring water and a selection of teas are available all day. This weekend will be sober; please don't bring alcohol, tobacco, or controlled substances to the retreat.
